The estate is located in Capovilla near Illasi in Veneto and was created by Romano Dal Forno. The winemaker then represents the 4th generation of winemakers in his family. The wines appeared on the market in 1983, the estate's first vintage. In 30 years, Dal Forno rose to the highest level in the world thanks to the constant quest for quality. His famous Amarone della Valpolicella is a local specialty produced in confidential volumes and which is sought after by amateurs. Today Romano Dal Forno, creator of the estate, still takes care of the blends and is present at all for the production of the cuvées. The winemaker is supported by his three sons: Marco, Luca and Michele. The family, helped by the estate team, is at the center of each stage of the wine's life, from production to vinification and marketing.
