The estate extends over 4.5 hectares of vines on very prestigious appellations. Beaune, Corton, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Bâtard Montrachet are already part of the range.
The winemaker aims to further extend his vineyard to 10 hectares within 2 years. The vineyard should be converted to organic farming within the next 5 years.
The vineyard is made up of 40% chardonnay and 60% pinot noir. Pierre-Vincent Girardin seeks to convey the identity of the terroir and the different climates in his wines.
