Ca' Di Press

Montforte d'Alba - Italy

The history of Ca' di Press begins in the early 1900s, an activity born from a close connection with the territory and linked to the atmosphere of the time when wine was made for family, friends and for a few passing customers.

After many years during which they were content to sell the grapes and the wine they made, the adventure began with the first vintage in 2018 with around 4,000 bottles of Barolo.

The signature of Ca di Press is the terroir, Perno. The vines surrounding the estate benefit from the best exposure, from southwest to southeast. They treat the vines as little as possible and when necessary they only use products based on sulfur and copper.

Their goal is to produce a sincere wine, so that each vintage is unique. In search of purity in wines, low intervention, neither clarifying no filtering.
