Champagne Dhondt Grellet
Flavigny
In 1986, Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet decided to no longer sell their grapes to merchants and founded Dhondt-Grellet. Their focus on agriculture has resulted in sincere champagnes from the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Their son, Adrien, now in his twenties, has taken over winemaking and is rapidly taking his family's wines to another level. He gradually expanded the range of Champagnes produced by working the crus of Cramant and Cuis, Premiers and Grands Crus, in parcels, and bottling pure expressions of Chardonnay.
