David Moret is a wine enthusiast who fell into viticulture very late. Initially he was not a winegrower but through his activity around wine-growing equipment he traveled around Burgundy and met the winegrowers there. He eventually embarked on a very small wine production in 1999. The estate has a few vines and has developed a small part of grape purchases based on very demanding viticulture criteria.
The yield per hectare is controlled as well as the plowing with the absence of phytosanitary product or chemical fertilizer, and this in order to obtain beautiful wines from the terroirs. Convictions to obtain grape quality, this also involves manual harvesting, vinification using native yeasts... In short, a job well done
