The property, created by Alain Cailbourdin in 1980, today brings together 20 hectares of vines scattered among the best slopes of Pouilly-Fumé. This vineyard is made up half of old vines from 40 to 70 years old, and half of vines replanted since 1980.
The different slopes are vinified separately and make it possible to present five cuvées, each representing a terroir and a distinct aromatic expression. The search for quality is a constant desire.
The common thread is to highlight the quality and diversity of the terroirs. According to them "The art of the winegrower's job consists in giving the grapes every chance to reveal these qualities". Engaging via the Terra Vitis charter, common sense and sustainability are required within the estate.
