Domaine Ghislaine Barthod is located in Chambolle-Musigny. The Domaine was created in 1920 under the name of Noëllat-Barthod. Ghislaine took over the estate from 1999 following the death of her father. Today, Ghislaine's son Clément is also starting to vinify the wines.
In the cellar, as little intervention as possible. Traditional vinifications, fermentations from indigenous yeasts, the grapes are partially destemmed. The aging is not very marked, raised for about 20 months with 20 to 25% new wood. Clément strives to reduce the proportion of new barrels and lengthen the duration of the aging process.
