The Hudelot-Baillet estate is located in Chambolle-Musigny, it now has 9.37 hectares of vines, including 8.37ha in red. Created in 1981 by Joël Hudelot with the support of his wife Chantal Baillet, proudly inheriting the vines from his father, Paul Hudelot.
In 1998, a promising chapter opened at the estate with the arrival of Dominique Le Guen, Joël's son-in-law. His growing passion led him to take the reins of winemaking in 2002, then in 2004 those of the estate, thus instilling his vision of Burgundy wines. Marking the start of a renewal for the family farm. Production is evolving towards a resolutely qualitative approach, leaving behind trading practices to dedicate itself exclusively to exceptional wines bottled at 100%. Over the years, the estate has embraced a minimal interventionist approach, letting nature express itself fully in its wines.
Finally in 2019, a new page in family history is written with the arrival of Tanguy, Dominique's son, marking the 7th generation of winegrowers.
