Domaine Poisot Père & Fils
Aloxe-Corton
In September 2009, Rémi Poisot left the Naval Staff to begin a career change at the Center for Professional Training and Agricultural Promotion in Beaune. Twenty-four years after his father Maurice, he took over the exploitation of the family vines in June 2010.
With pride but humility, moreover, unlike his father, who sold the harvest in grape must and wine to merchants in the region, Rémi now sells part of the production in bottles.
Faithful to the family history, the cellar and the vat room where the grapes are vinified are located in Aloxe-Corton, the area exploited today represents approximately 2 ha with the characteristic, rare for a small family estate, of having three large crus and a premier cru.
