Théo Dancer began by helping his father Vincent Dancer run the family estate. The latter, based in Chassagne-Montrachet, is the family jewel.
But he quickly created Domaine Théo Dancer, a trading house that offers wines from several different grape varieties and regions, a freedom of tone that is uniquely his. Finally, he bought his own vineyard in the Mâconnais, the Roc Breïa estate by Théo Dancer.
On his Roc Breïa estate, the young Burgundian winemaker aims to create a virtuous ecosystem for the vines of his wines. His goal is to produce natural wines based on the fruit. With the same freedom that he grants himself in the approach of his trade, this gives two Mâconnais wines in the VDF appellation designated by their grape variety: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
