The history of the young Simon Colin estate is divided into two phases. First, since 2017, a business with the aim for Simon to calibrate his experience acquired in France and abroad to a thirst for answers concerning the world of wine. He offers his vision with confidential vintages directly from what he likes to call his "laboratory".


The second phase after four years working on this miniature trading project, the opportunity to take over some family vineyards and thus create his own label. In fact 2021 will be his first vintage on an estate made up of approximately 9 hectares of vines.


He works towards the harmony of a certain idea of viticulture and oenology while respecting family know-how. He adheres to the practices of organic and biodynamic agriculture and uses sulfur sparingly.
