Thomas Boccon, began working in 2011 at the prestigious François Mikulski estate, in parallel with his studies at the Beaune wine school. After experiences abroad (New Zealand), he returned to France for a season at the Domaine des Croix, then finally returned to the Mikulski estate, while obtaining a tractor driving diploma and a university diploma in oenological techniques.
Only in his thirties, Thomas is already a qualified and experienced winemaker, competent in both viticulture and winemaking, aspects which he now fully supervises at Domaine Mikulski. In order to continue to perfect himself, in 2016 he created the Maison Thomas Boccon, a haute couture micro-trade (only 3000 bottles per vintage) based on the purchase of top quality grapes.
